2.Go to the pokemart.
3.Get the fishing pole at the top left of the city.
4.Get the bike voucher from the owner of the building to the middle left.
5.Beat Lt. Surge, and get the THUNDERBADGE(to get to him you need cut.
6.Get cut(by talking to the captian), beat your rival, fight trainers, and get items on the SS.Anne.
