Before you get to this gym, you have to get cut on the SS.Anne.
When your in the gym, beat all the trainers. Then go around and
press a next to the garbage cans. One of them will say you found
a secret switch. Now press the one to the right, left, top, or bottom
of it. Usually, it is to the left.
